                                  your food in melted butter and coat it
                                  generously with the Colonel Paul’s

                                  skillet that’s been heated to HIGH on your
                                  gas grill.  Cook 90 seconds on each side

                                  Marinades - Mix two or three tablespoons of
                                  
                                  Colonel Paul’s Cajun Seasoning or  Colonel
                                  Paul’s Creole Spice with red wine, olive
                                  oil, and Worcestershire sauce… and you’ll
                                  have a wonderful marinade for red meats. 
                                  Or… mix the Colonel Paul’s Seasonings with
                                  white wine, olive oil, and lemon juice to
                                  marinate seafood or chicken.  Just place
                                  your meat in the marinade, let it stand in the
                                  refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours… then cook as
